This is a 50-60 year-old female with BMI > 33 that underwent a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of her upper & lower abdomen, and flanks. This result is at 8 months. She has an improved contour, her extra belly skin has been removed and she has a flatter stomach. Although it is not completely flat, it is much improved. The key is to discuss with your surgeon so your expectation is met.
